The Recovery Method

In Recovery participants learn how to discuss anger and fear in a supportive environment. Recovery tools teach self sufficiency and independence, allowing members to use what they learn in meetings to build constructive strategies for dealing with tough situations (9 mins).



In meetings participants present examples of how they used Recovery tools to help themselves through situations that they struggled with. Fred describes an everyday event where he is ignored in a line and how he controlled his temper (5 mins).
